J.S., the way I read that ILNK news, was that ILNK was going to use MCI's network to propose their service in their local area. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a one of those. . ."I sell only Kodak film, then I send the film only to Kodak for developing, therefore I have an exclusive agreement with Kodak."

I have been in SAM mode on APII, as you all know. They took it down, to shake it out, what a joke....Been a buyer for for a long time. This stock will return more than GMAI gave me.....

From 14 Jan.>> Action Products International, Inc.
(NASDAQ:APII) today reported that while total revenues were effectively the
same as last year, revenues from its core toy and book product lines
(excluding discontinued businesses and divested product lines) increased more
than 35% for the year ended December 31, 1998 as compared to December 31,
1997. Management attributes the rise in toy and book sales to new product
line additions, increased distribution, and improved marketing focus. Release
of complete audited annual financial information is scheduled for the week of
February 15.
President/CEO Ronald Kaplan stated, "We were able to achieve these sales
gains largely due to our greatly expanded Product Development and Marketing
efforts in 1998, which yielded several successful new additions to our brand
portfolio, including Space Voyagers(TM). Coupled with the recent introduction
of our Discovery Channel(R) product line, and many more product introductions
scheduled, we expect demand for our brands to remain very strong throughout
1999 and beyond."
"Along with the addition of several new products, we have focused
considerable energy on increasing our distribution, especially in the
relatively new e-commerce arena," commented Pablo Savetman, VP Sales. "In
1998, we broadened our markets by adding nearly 1,000 new clients to our
customer base, a 25% increase. We plan to continue and accelerate this growth
into 1999." CONTACT: Rebecca Garrett, Investor Relations of Action Products
