I think it is the required filing to "initial"-ize White as an insider. Those are the shares he got when he sold NeTalk to GM. If he files a Form 144, then get curious.

BTW, RGC does not appear to be a very good outfit to do a convertible with. Check the OE thread about six months ago for some details. In a nutshell, they did a convertible with Orbital and it was not well received, at least by the posters on the thread, who did some research and posted it. At least one company (not Orbital) seemed to have been ridden into the ground, if memory serves. Re the Orbital deal, the stock tanked and the company had to buy its way out of the financing. Stock now at all-time low or nearly so.

I don't think White would sell at these levels....Just my opinion.
