Sorry, Adam. I was confusing the different computer needs at Pixar.

That RenderFarm they have at Pixar sounds pretty darned impressive! Do you think any of the Mac hardware/software on Apple's drawing board will ever be able to step in and do the job(s) that their Sun equipment is doing? We sure do hear a lot of hype about PowerPC speed increases and Mac OS X. It's interesting to think of Macs as administrative machines....
