Thanks. This convinces me that there out to be (or at least will be) brokerages that provide their clients better service on the short side in exchange for a premium fee. Personally I don't mind paying for what I want. Now if only I can find it.

As far as the "old" rules not applying anymore, I never learned them, so I guess I'm ok <G> Seriously, the market is like a flu virus; anytime you think you've figured it out, it mutates into something else. This is why at least every 4 months you should re-study it and see what has changed.

BTW, it is interesting that they are mentioning EGGS as an example. Long time ago I made a note to myself to short EGGS anytime to rallies a lot. I put them only slightly above VIFL. Unfortunately I have missed two great opportunities so far. No worries; there are a lot of suckers out there who will push it up again into short terretory :D
