> Why don't you go to the other thread and spout all the negative garbage you want.<<

And why don't you stop kneeling at the alter of a dying company- one that has lied to its customers and been fined $900,000 for it-- A company that has buried the truth and now faces lawsuit after lawsuit because of it. A company that seems to attract a core of the most slavish investors in the world who try to defend it at any cost- even at the expense of their own credibility as the market values IOM further and further down.

Iomega Zip used to be the best-selling product at many online retail houses. It isn't even close to it now. OEM Zip used to be the most common removable built-in drive. Now Superdisc is installed standard in the best-selling PC's in the world. Zip used to be for backup/archival/transfer. Now, the only practical use for them is sneaker-net transfer-- A niche within a niche. Backup and archival are now CD-R. Just today on 24th Street I saw a man unloading his brand new computer system. On top of his car was a brand new HP CD-RW drive. No Zip.

No Iomega. No need for them.

If, say, about 100 people paying 100 buckaroos each write to SI webmistress about keeping the thread in proper conformance to its title, to drive out a fanatic, I think that voice may have a chance to be heard and may result into bringing this thread back to some normalcy. Never ending bombardment of erroneous postings about Iomega and its products should be stopped from this thread at least, imho. I'm not sure if anybody prevents such posters to start their (n-th) thread about shorting IOM and posting there, isn't it? I've started feeling recently that some of these characters must be paid a full time salary by some hedge-funds :-) etc. to do this work, otherwise, who will have the energy or motivation left to do such work day-in and day-out (in their right minds), given the fact that un-employment is so low right now, and this is not a spiritual kinda work :-) !

cheers to the cooler heads and regards to longs, what a solid support IOM is depicting at these levels, no matter what the NAZDAQ does recently, isn't it?

-/Sonny.

Kennith , Re:>>> our resident basher with bad breath <<<

The resident basher that haunts this thread is not an individual that hates Iomega . These posts are coming from an office of a hedge fund and there are more than one poster from time to time .

There is a consortium of funds that work this issue in a gang like fashion . They conspire together for their own gain . It is best that you know this and avoid responding to their banter .
