In January 1999, the Company had a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel concerning non-compliance with the net tangible asset requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq National Market. In February 1999, the Company was notified that the Panel determined that the Company had demonstrated compliance with all requirements for continued listing and the Panel decided to continue the listing of the Company's securities on the Nasdaq National Market. As I said a long time ago - oh well, nevermind. Now back up the numbers. BTW: Ben said Hi! to all and is in a very good mood. I about fell off my chair when he answered directly as opposed to Katie.
