Joinvestor, allow me to give you a little bit of well known information on BNEZ.

1. If it isn't in a press release, then you won't find anything out about it.

2. BNEZ, along with being non-reporting, has about the worst Investor Relations for a company that I have seen. I will be Frank about this, or should I be Mikey,

They are non-reporting and until they become reporting and the lawsuit is taken care of the most you can get out of BNEZ over the phone is what the kind of info that Dr.Greenback got.

Now, BNEZ always seems to have their press releases to the tee, and the way that I read it is that we just sent another 1000 units. Because it is simple math, we are in 330 Staples stores, minimum of 2 per store is 660 copies. We are in Comp USA at 300 stores, minimum 2 copies at those stores also, so I'll put my money on the fourth shipment was 1,000 units and most of those are for Staples.

I think I might have a reason for our decline today and it has something to do with the lawsuit, I will have to research it further and get back to everyone. It isn't that bad but maybe somebody thought it was.

remember gang, not bashing the company here, I bought the shares in this company because of>>>>

1. PMA
2. Dr. Hal Clark
3. Jack and Mikey

But I'm being a realist here when it comes to I/R and any other info.
I have had over 10 different investors PM me and tell me that they called the company just to get a ration of BS so they said screw it, I'm not buying any stock in a company that doesn't give basic info. I don't blame them, but then BNEZ is a MAJOR MAJOR gamble and some people don't understand that.

If your in BNEZ, then believe me, your a Gambler!!!!!

Only the last shipment. I asked because I thought the last PR could be interpreted two ways.

3rd shipment was for Staples.
Last shipment was to replenish sold stock.

later, leroyt

Jo: I find that management is quite open about a lot of things. And why haven't you called? You keep asking us to call. Don't you have a telephone? They have an 800 number for shareholders. You are a recent poster, and while that isn't necessarily suspect, your continuing comments do make one wonder what your agenda is. I believe the question you keep raising has been answered on the thread quite a few times, the most recent time by Realist. The company announced the fourth shipment because it represented replacements of sold units. They don't announce initial shipments because the shipments can be returned for any reason Ingram Micro wishes. It doesn't do anyone any good at all for BNEZ to announce a "shipment" of 10,000 units if, 180 days later, Ingram returns 9,999 of them. They felt that the fourth shipment truly represented actual sales and so they released the numbers. Management had no problem telling me that weeks ago. Apparently they told Realist the same thing. What, exactly, have you been unable to get from them "in the past"? In the 16 days since you became a member you've certainly been down on BNEZ. My positions is the same one I've held since I bought this thing in February 1997: if they sell software they will do fine. If they don't they will die. They have accomplished many positive steps: Ingram Micro and two of the five largest software chains carry their product. They have fought AOL as well as they can (although their litigation is not a reason to invest, IMO) and they are selling product, based on my calls to stores around the country. I'm not buying anymore shares. I have enough. But I think they may make it. Management doesn't hype. This isn't a crime. It inspires confidence in me. Just my two cents.
