RE: DEll

Entire boxmaker sector could get hit tomorrow. But I'd try to pick up some DELL at $70 or under. This news could also hasten IOM's descent to under $5-- reducing the time this would take from a couple of months to just a few weeks.

>>Bye Bye Dell!!! Had to happen sooner or later! 1.5x market cap of HWP on commodity products just couldn't last..

They now need to cut costs... What could be the first to go from their mid to low cost models???<<

Ken -

Don't be silly. Dell came in light on revenues, but their profit margins are better than ever. Costs are definitely not their problem. In fact, their only real problem is that they have done so well for so long that expectations were astronomical. Their revenue for Q4 was still 38% over last year. Why would they suddenly decide to drop Zip drives, which help them sell computers?
