OOHH, LOOK OUT...IT'S A CAT FIGHT !! Seriously, you guys really should take this crap into private. I appreciate everybodies opinions, but I think we know by now how people's opinions on other people are, but this thread is not about people, it's about a company called SOWK. DWlima, you do have very valid points concerning pumping and dumping, hyping, paid promotion and etc, etc.....your points have been dully noted on this thread. However, might I suggest you go to the pump and dump thread, or create another thread for that purpose, and lets let this thread stick with the business at hand. Personally, I know nothing about TAP, They could be legit, or maybe not. I did not invest because of TAP or anybody else. I invested based on the fundamentals and a very positive looking future, in my opinion. All this cat fighting does nothing but hurt this thread, and tarnish the reputation of an up and coming company. Who know's who is correct ?? Only history can determine this. Maybe SOWK will be relegated to a .10 cent stock for the next 5 years. Maybe it shoots up to $8 a share next month......Nobody know's, and therefor it is not fair for anybody to say this is the best stock in the world or the worst stock in the world. Let the company set it's own course and define it's own future. If it goes to .10cents or shoots to $8...let it do it on it's own merit. These threads have tremendous power. As DWLima said, these threads can be dangerous and cause people to lose alot of money because of pump and dumpers, hypsters and etc.... But at the same time they can also cause people not to buy into a good situation. I received a PM from somebody that was interested in taking a large position in SOWK. I was told he has never posted here but recently started lurking when he became interested in SOWK. He told me he was PMing me because he felt by reading my posts he thought I had a firm honest grip on this company. He told me he was ready to buy ( a large chunk ) but didn't after reading a post that accused this of being a scam. I gave him my honest opinion....and that was to not listen to anybody on this or any other thread. Do your own DD and make your own decision. Needless to say, he ended up putting his money into something else and PM'd me again to thank me for my time. He told me he really liked the prospects of SOWK, but didn't buy because he got scared away mainly because OTHER people said this was a scam. Anyway, maybe he made the right move and saved alot of lost money. On the other hand, maybe he missed a great opportunity....as if it does reach it's goal of $3 a share that would represent like a 600% gain from the .50cent level, and thats just to $3.....the point is, he should have been able to form his own conclusion without being swayed. But you know how skeptical people are. 100 people think something is a good deal, but 1 - 13 year old messing around on Dads computer says it's a scam, and thats enough doubt to sway the decision. Anyway, sorry about this long post. I just wish we could get off all this crap and simply discuss the company....

Mr Dwlima... You are accusing T.A.P. of insider trading on top of slandering T.A.P. "from a legal standpoint, trading off of information that is not publicly available is illegal as it places others at a severe disadvantage. you not only know when the releases are coming, but what is contained in them. your SI comments are proof enough." The only news T.A.P. ever posted the contents of or new about before the fact was the SOWK release yesterday which was told to everyone who called the company when they called for clarification on the dividend price adjustment confusion and posted on this thread as well.It was already public knowlege so therefore legal.T.A.P. does keep investors informed if news is scheduled but does not make claim as to contents ever and is a long term holder of SOWK and has not traded one share.Again you make misleading statements with no proof whatsoever. "i would not call me incompetent. i have an engineering degree from a top 10 school, an MBA from a top business school and manage the Finance area for a Big 6 (now Big 5) accounting/consulting firm." Unfortunatley you make incompetent posts as I pointed out in my last post not even knowing about the price adjustment that took place for SOWK and have no law background or you would know the consequences of a liable lawsuit which you and ColinD are about to have on your hands.Both of you have slandered T.A.P. with your false accusations without one shred of evidence. My evidence is well documented and recorded right here on SI and my account can and will prove your lies of T.A.P. trading SOWK is again something you have fabricated.
