Christopher...At least CPQ had an excuse when it tanked a year ago with the channel debacle. Dell is using as an excuse phantom sales that didn't appear at the end of the Q. I'm sure Victor remembers the phantom sales Bay Networks didn't ever achieve too. This is a classic excuse and smart money won't be buying it.
