Alan: At your suggestion, I did a search using several different search engines, and came up totally blank for Antaeus Corporation. There is an Antaeus dance company in L.A., and an Australian energy company by that name, but not a single mention anywhere of an Antaeus Corporation that is involved with bridges in any respect. I also noticed that DCHT's press release today did not give any contact person, phone number, or location for Antaeus Corp - strange, unless DCHT doesn't want anyone to check with (or check on) Antaeus.

Does it exist? Maybe, but there is no evidence yet other than DCHT's press release.

One possible clue is that the release claims that "Antaeus is a strategic affiliate of Material Technologies, Inc." That company is a public company - a non-reporting penny stock, symbol MTEY. I looked at all the available press releases of MTEY going back to April, and I could find no mention of Antaeus. MTEY describes itself as a development stage company working in the metal fatigue area.

What it really means to be a strategic affiliate of a development stage penny stock is beyond me. MTEY doesn't look like it is exactly Mr. Deep Pockets.
