This reaching into SA somehow bothers me. Don't know if it's an opportunity or perceived as one. It is not a rarity to have a private telephone system nationalized. Also, the role of Telefonica de Espana there. Sort of confusing. I'd rather see them concentrate here for a bit.

About Argentina, the exchange rate is one for one (US$ - Argentine Peso). Does anyone know whether their currency is tied to the dollar?

Seems to be a smart place for International expansion if their currency is pegged to ours.
