Dear Scumbria: I disagree with you. In my opinion, INTC is likely the only company who CAN successfully operate in the sub 1,000 arena. Why? Because they already have a number of FABS bought and paid for. This is just scooping a little more cream off the top of the milk. Sure, total margins MIGHT go down but increase in total revenues will make the constant $$$$$ earnings go up. Plus, I would imagin its a situation of getting people started with INTEL INSIDE and KEEPING them there as the gradually work up the ladder. JDN
