Ed,

How do you see the IMPCO deal playing out? Does the major holders (22% by Questor, 14% by Beru and 7% by Kern)necesarily mean that a sale is likely?

Do you believe that these major investors are slowly adding to their positions?

Finally, if Questor and Beru are both interested in acquiring IMPCO, what kind of a valuation do you think we could see assuming IMPCO is in play?
