Bob, Reading the 8K, the company indicates that they are still working out these details, but did say that a large portion of the ~8 Million shares remaining will be restricted stock and not tradable for a period (1 year?)....leaving most of the rest of the stock in the hands of about 10 very friendly shareholders and us little guys. There will be very little float. I would think we could be a $1-$2 stock prior to any reverse....but we will see.... --Tahoe
