I have the details now, and a press release will follow: this is what it means, SCI is going to spin off as a new company, with a few other mergers to come...holders of sci will still own a company related to the healthcare mgmt services...Hitsgalore will be a separte company in which sci will be given 8 million shares, you as a stock holder will be given these shares as a dividend, for example if you have 60K shares in sci, you will be given 10K shares in hitgalore, but you will still have your shares of sci, man this sounds too good to be true... The 8 million shares is all the outstanding shares of hitsgalore that will be out there
