i have been reading over some of the posts here....the chart on SCMI is looking good from a short term perspective. but one thing scares me...this reverse merger will take place following the involuntary bankruptcy proceedings of SCMI. so let me see if i got this right...and please correct me if i am wrong....scmi is going into bankruptcy. after these proceedings are are finalized, but before the merger..scmi will do a reverse split...then they will merge with Heath *%&^....and at the same time scmi holders will receive shares of hits. hummm. if the reverse split is roughly 6 to 1....and for every 1000 shares left over you get roughtly 165 hit shares....this equates to rough 833 scmi shares and 137 hits shares off of an original purchase of 5000 scmi shares?? short term, you may have a winner...watch for the spike...because it will only come once on this one!
