Richard, normal gyrations I believe. I think the stock has a lot of short term potential but the downdraft caused by DELL is likely to continue taking the entire sector down...especially as the Nasdaq broke 50 DMA. IMO rough sledding at least through Friday, with perhaps range trading 60-75 or so till earnings kick into gear in April. Earnings warnings should start picking up in in about two weeks. I had sold my FEB 60 puts late last week around 2, bought MAR 60 puts last night at 1 7/8 (should have bought 65's, but didn't want to put up that much cash with call still open) and sold my FEB 70 calls this morning at 4.5. We'll have to see where the markets take us from here, but I'm planning on going long again low to mid sixties.

I'll sell puts if it were to hit 55-58.

Regards,

sf

Richard, are you, or anyone, aware of any reason for the loss of enthusiasm for NVLS today? Maybe just narrowing the AMAT/NVLS gap with AMAT up 1 1/2 points?

Thanks,
