This is part of the "candle stick" lore, when a stock open at a given price, rush up and then close backed unchanged, last I looked it will not even be a doji, but a "black soldier (when the stock closes below its opening price).

Can anyone postulate as to why VECO's chart looks like a double black diamond ski slope. It looks like it fell off of a cliff.

This despite making money through the downturn, a 4Q BtB of 1.2, etc. Can this all be due to an additional 1 mil share float (or 3 million shares now freer to trade)?
