OK, so the market's closed but I still can't log on. I've been subscribed for one month now and have yet to see QCharts work 4 days in a row. My last 'outage' was nearly 3 weeks long.

Maybe now they're having second thoughts about giving away 30 day Free Trials this month....

Temple, nobody else is writing as "Chris Cooper". I made it clear
in the message (I thought) that I was quoting Gibbons. Please read
it again, and if it was not as clear as it should have been, I
apologize.

Other people from Quote.com read this thread occasionally, but I am
the only one who posts. It is not meant to be an official support
channel, but it certainly does have the advantages of going around
our (sometimes very slow) customer support, and also is a forum
where users can post independently of vendor control. As we can
clearly see by today's outpouring!!

I will follow up this post with a fuller explanation of what went
wrong today.
