What adults do together with informed consent is not your business, or mine, or the states. the gays don't have the corner on the market. Then why are you so specifically concerned with them? I suppose you include the right to be an asshole under the right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is constrained, though: we have laws about slander and libel. It is a conflict of rights: your right to be an asshole against their right to go about their legal business in peace, without harassment. Where do you feel the line should be drawn? Would you feel differently if you were hammered by verbal abuse every time you walked down the street? Emile? Gay Jews? I don't follow. I forgot, you are new here.
