Doug, I mentioned this yesterday but received no response from the die-hard BII critics. Can we not infer that BII upcoming financials will be positive based on the fact of the application. BII reception on Nasdaq would be VERY weak if the financials for the company were unsubstantially better. If however Godin knows already that the financials are positive then the Nasdaq reception would be much better?? Why would he make the application if he knew the financials are crap. I know its speculation but the inference makes sense.
