WOGGER ---The real bond is that quite a bit of "T" existing structure is LU equipment . The quality issue is a big issue to "T" like it is to the RBOC's also . Also a lot of contacts between the two companies still exist which is a positive for LU at the present .

About a squillion 5ESS switches and all kinds of other equipment, T trusts LU, they will be a good customer going forward.
