thanks octbbbaby. i think many were holding their breath here. they could also improve their shareholder communications better too. just out of curiosity, was there any mention of reporting status.....aol.....new distributions.....stuff? thanks.

I did the 20th story building averaging today and still hear the air passing around me. It's a long way down, but, I guess I'll be averaged out at the 1st floor like you said. LOL
