Good evening Tony, If you go to the bottom of each of the filings, there are six categories(I think). The first is marked in each of the filings....that the total number of shares controlled by the reporting individual represents less than 5% of the total number of shares outstanding. Obviously, these two individuals have not significantly altered their positions...so why the filings? Could it be related to our relisting request? Sincerely, Jas
