Bonnie,

I looked at that Russell chart, too. I know we are looking at it in a 'canned way' but isn't that chart bullish? (By the book, that is.) There was a break of the down trend, then the pullback to the trend line, and, in addition, at the horizontal support. Seems pretty textbook to me.

Overall, I just think it is damn hard for companies to make money now. I read report after report that uses that little phrase "pricing pressure".

Deflation?

B.

Bonnie,
You seem quite astute about them REITs. Read an upbeat piece about Crescent (CEI) in Smart Money (I think) yesterday. Sounds like a great opportunity here in a bunch of REITs. For a brief perusal, I looked at a few and they've all got 9-12% dividends. Am I missing something? That seems like a fantastic place to be.

Am thinking of buying some CEI. It's got some buyers today. Which REITs do you like and pourquoi? Thanks for your thoughts.
