Gersh, you are the specialist on FED moves. 'except don't tell Jim I said so.

I was out for the day, but I see from this FED stuff post:

Wednesday February 17, 1999

•Fed drains reserves via matched-sale purchases - Reuters Securities - 10:40 am•Fed seen adding reserves via overnight system RPs - Reuters Securities - 8:42 am

They were "seen" to add reserves via overnight system RPs

The question is - did they actually do that or was it just expected?
