Pruguy. Re: "your speaking to a dummy" I think it's difficult to determine winners and losers here. Things are moving too fast. I don't know enough about Novl to comment.

Re: "compaq needs to align themselves with tomorrows leaders, not yesterdays" I don't see this as a problem yet, but maybe I'm missing something. I think cpq's bigger problem is focus. One day it's an enterprise company. Next it's an internet company. I think this is confusing investors.

I suspect it will straighten itself out. Watching cpq implement strategy is messy and not pretty to watch. Sort of like somebody making vienna sausage.:)
