There is a post from Paul Engel on the INTC thread with details of current roadmap, very long but great info (from someone in the know, supposedly)-- something about only a 300-400 MHz RDRAM intro this year, not even 600 MHz.

I have to study it further, but perhaps someone can find it and post it here.

jmanvegas Don has been the eternal pessimist since the stock came
out of the fiftys. Edelstone called a bottom in here so I wouldn't
be surprised if he came out with a buy soon. Staying at the Rio has
it changed much since Harrah's bought them out? Playing their golf
course Sat.
