Well, it's not my work but the guy who did it is better than I.

A "buy" gap should be taken but exited shortly after the filling of the gap.

Then, a short should be entered between 10:30 and 11 EST ...

A real Buy Gap is very negative. Upon Closing such a Gap a Sell should be entered. Suggestion; 1230ish area. Maybe even lower.

After that, a Sell can be entered between 12 and 1 EST but around 2:30 you have to be wary of a bounce and ready to cash in for the day.

However, you should see if the day is "setting up" for such a scenario prior to noon Eastern. In other words, if the market is coming off Lows during the noon hour I would not Sell it.

Duh.
