NEWS NEWS NEWS! New patent that willaffect the Li-ION and POLY batteries. Wholly sh*t! Go read the PR....says it won't be used this year "or affect current production of batteries using exisitng cathode technology," but does open a new market for liscencing to existing Li-ion battery companies. Lev et al obviously feel this is an important and "material" event for the company as LEV JUST TOLD US that PR would be few and far between unless it was important or independantly verifiable. We just may see my predicted GAP today....chances seem even better. Hey all you shorts...does 8 sound good to cover or 9, 10+? Your choice! HC

Jibacoa - Re.: "...Ready to add more above 8 5/8..." With a strong volume as of 12:11 PM (on a 15-minute delay quote) it may happen. Yesterday's negative sentiment on the tech sector might not have affected VLNC momentum, depending upon how one views yesterday's data. Today's 5/8 (or higher) point move will be significant in that "bears are losing the battle". Hope to see 8-10 range is being negotiated in favor of bulls. As we approach 9, we should see more demand for the stock as bulls will push the price up. I like to see above 9 by the week's end. Will it happen? The volume says it has a chance. We know that there are fund managers that had bought Amazon.com at 3. Those managers are still out there looking for risky stocks for big moves. Above 9, more bullish crowd will enter the arena and may cause uncontrollable wild moves. It is time to sit back and watch the fireworks. Happy speculating!
