I disagree. Every dime of money goes through Disney first. They see
before Pixar all the money that they send them.

It is going to be over $200 million alone just from ABL not counting
TSII over the next two years. If they took over Pixar, EPS would shoot up big time and they would also pick up over $130 million in CASH.

I could see a 2.2 up to a 2.8 Disney share for each Pixar share and
Disney still would come out on top.

I don't see Jobs as CEO, but on the board and in charge of Pixar Division.

Just my thoughts.
