Thanks Marc for the PTEC, Bay Swap announcement.
As to your question, why no announcement by Intel of PTEC inside the P3?.... I would guess this is up to the OEM that offers the System. In most cases it would have PTEC inside. Although, it would be nice to get the Compaq Commercial Division and Dell, added to PTEC's customer list. Both companies, until now, still use their own in-house BIOS.
