C-Cube= Inept Management, Garbage PR, Short Sellers Paradise. The Smart Money knows all about Cube's managerial shortcomings, has known this since February 96. The stock is headed down as the Year unfolds.

Actually CUBE's CFO did go to the press and defend the stock after the drop. It just didn't help. In fact their whole campaign about how pervasisive CUBE's technologies are, which coincided with the last earnings release, was an attept to hype up their stock.

Read my post in regards to Shareholder Equity, especially the last line in the underlying paragraph.

<<The difference between good management and CUBE. The day after DELL had released earnings and their stock had lost 7 and 10 in after hour trading, Michael Dell was on CNBC defending, and stating that the sell off was uncalled for. To the shareholders and a employees this had to show them that DELL is concerned about SHAREHOLDER EQUITY, not like CUBE who just sat by as their stock had lost 30 % value in 1 day with out a action taken. You will see that this will not be the only thing DELL will do to address this issue.>>

DELL knew that there was some very bad news out there concerning their stock and the box maker sector, not to mention the downgrades. I commend Michael Dell , and the DELL management to do a deal like this to protect Shareholder Equity, not like CUBE management who totally disregards Shareholder Equity When the ineptness of CUBE management is dealt with, that.is when CUBE will return to where it should be in this market.

P.S. Where would we be in it weren't for DIVI-COM , listed on the pink sheets BB
