jayne i would agree with you that there performance was quite suspect. you have given us your opinion of mike zapara , a former employee of FIG that was also involved in the ovis debacle, illegally obtained 440 shares from aznt which now have been cancelled (yet 390k are still in the system) & has been sued by aznt & is currently being sued by another stock he promoted in la. ed brody was an employee of FIG , he was pr guy for ovis with zapara in that debacle & we can see from rancho mirage alone just how many promoters & shortsellers that seem to make a living from sniffing out stock from upstart co.'s, shorting it & then running for the hills. your ex himself is in prison for tax evasion. yet with all this blatently suspect behavoir , all these lanza ventures, as well as the co.'s zapara or brody promote, they are free from smear campaign on the internet. there are no bashers, only angry shareholders who have been taken. why do you think this group of promoters, jailed & with bankrupt co.'s are never targeted by these basher-vigilantes on s.i. & other stock forums? presently they attack aznt which has gone to court to seek justice against the zapara's, mann's, krisfalusi's, etc., yet these vigilantes attack the co., & DEFEND the promoters & shortsellers tooth & nail. aznt will prevail it appears & i can not think of another co. that has fought these promoters & shortsellers in a court of law. they will also take the bashers, promoters & a telemarketing boiler room, wellrich, which works in concert with the bashers & shortsellers calling the co.'s aznt does business with & solicits stock (w/o being a b/d) from aznt stockholders on behalf of aznt shortsellers (currently wellrich has informed stockholders to direct there correspondese to there 'new' la address, yet publically claims they are not in la) , in a defamation & libel suit, so....i ask you matter-of-factly jayne. since you claim to wish to liberate yourself & mako from these types of groups & individuals, why have the co.'s this group has promoted NEVER suffered at the hands of bashers or smear campaigns by these self proclaimed vigilantes? do you have any knowledge at all of any relationship between bashers & promoters/shortsellers? FIG was very upfront about there awareness of the power of promoting stocks on the internet, they told us so in conversations, were they equally aware of using the internet to bash & short bb stocks? you can pm your answer to me if you feel more comfortable. i applaud you for liberating yourself & mako from FIG & i hope you can provide investors some insight via the questions i ask you. thanks in advance.
