Spider,

You ask very complex questions. In regards to Michael Zapara
& Ed Brody, I don't have any information in regards to the
companies they have promoted. As far as I am concerned,
they don't even exist. Any company they are involved with
I would stay clear of.

As you know, OTC stocks have always been a haven for short sellers.
That is the problem with any OTC stock. Right now, I am working
on getting the Mako audit completed in order for Mako Capital
to be a fully reporting company. Once that is completed, I want
to increase the asset value of the company so it may qualify for a
NASDAQ listing.

Furthermore, I can't dwell on all the mistakes that have been
made with Mako Capital, Airstar Technologies, etc. If I did,
I would be so depressed I wouldn't want to get up in the morning
and go to work. Where would that leave the shareholders? Let
me tell you, with stock that is worth zero. I wasn't involved
with the management of Mako back then. And for Airstar, management
didn't ask for my opinion. If they did, I would of gladly given
them a word or two. But they felt they had all the answers.
So now it is time to move forward and do the best I can do.

As far as promoters, boiler rooms, telemarketing, etc., I don't have any answers for you. I will tell you that Mako Capital hasn't hired any - - nor do they plan to. This company doesn't need that kind of
element associated with it.
