Mooter> I agree 150%, as far as licensing if it were up to me, I would let the liquid guys in because they are not in direct competition. However, on the solid side I would handle it much like Intel did ten years ago, sorry this is ours and we're going to be the one to manufacture it. duckster

Hi, Mooter,

I concur about the importance of the licensing -- wrote my post before I saw your's. Your "raising the bar" is interesting too, but I have no sense of the numbers. Where does the 170-180 number come from?

Great news! It has opened up a potential licensing revenue for the next 20 years. The key word here is "SAFETY".

The news release not only boosts investor confidence and stock price, but also tells potential end users (OEM's) about the "safety" advantage their patent brings to the current Li ion cathode technology. Great sales pitch supported by patent news! Ram
