I was so disappointed in management at the SHM that I sold my entire TAVA holdings in my regular account. I didn't wait for a good price, just dialed Quick and Reilly, then E-trade, from my car. Hard. Got 6 which in retrospect might be a good number. I would have had long term capital gains under the new rules ..... if there had been any gains. This was my largest loss in twenty-five years of investing - a painful but necessary lesson, don't fall in love with a company in which you invest, and don't automatically negate the short perspective. I will continue to hold TAVA and maybe add in my SIRA. The saddest part, besides the fiancial loss, is seeing management fail to appreciate those who have served as its real support. To think, at one time, I had more shares than some of the reported institutions. As a group, I believe we were more faithful than the Robert Peirsons, and PCW's which TAVA courted so vigorously. Good luck longs and to all my old friends on this board. Like Joseph and CK and many other long timers, I'm now on quiet mode. I'll stop in once in a while to say hi. fma
