Torrey Pines beach runs right into Blacks on the south end. If you walk that direction you will encounter the nude use part. The north end of Blacks is primarily gay use. If you continue south on Blacks you will encounter heavy nude use by families, singles and organized volleyball and body painting. There is also GREAT surf at Blacks. NOthing has changed much except more population and more Hispanics as part of the population. Its much tougher to find a parking spot in the neighbourhoods above Blacks and near the glider port.
