Excited about TBS. Expect 10K for 98 will be good....And the telephony revenue should start in 2Q99, so the numbers will be fine on a going forward basis. Expect nasdaq listing in 3Q99. Expect healthy stock price in 4Q99/1Q00.

I happy to give the new team a chance to see what they can really do. I'm still concerned, though, on how this Mega/TBS "Merger" was actually structured. Anyway, I'm grateful for small favors. The old farts who were running Mega are finally out, and I guess that we all should thank Mr. Sandhu for bringing Charles into the picture when he did. I wonder what he got out of this?
