Francis Terry, I phoned Bob Denning this morning to ask what was happening with FASC and why the spike in price.

He was not sure why the sudden increase in price but was confident the current trading price was well below the companies true value.

He mentioned several positive events happening with the company.

1. The rubber tests in Ireland have been very encouraging. Apparently Queens University are taking an active role in the testing process. The results have been so positive the company anticipates significant sales by this June.

2. Test are still being done in King County Seattle for the sludge process.

3. There has been some resolution to the current debt problem. Mr. Denning was guarded on reporting the details of the financing plan but I sensed there was a sound financial plan in place which would be very positive for the company.

4. The company is actively pursuing business ventures Off-Shore.

5. The company is in negotiations for doing testing for a large wall board company. the prospective Wall Board companies needs to do its due diligence prior to buying the machine.

I also talked to an X promoter of FASC who said he had seen projections for the rubber sales in the tens on millions by 2002.

Unfortunately the company remains PROMOTION RESISTANCE. It seems we will not see a real move in the stock price untill sometime after a major deal is done. Too Bad.!
