i would like to see this company rent, lease, or sell storage to people over the internet, to people that don't need a whole storage setup in their home, office, business, etc. and with internet 2 in the works and 3 being spoken of, this would mean all kinds of uses for ampex s products. like the article said in individual investor about bramson creating his own market for use of these things, why sell it (that part of the business)when he can make good money in setting up a virtual storage site. also there is back up he can sell or rent or lease , say some one system is down or they dont want to take a chance that it will go down , they can have their data duplicated on ampex s virtual storage site ,in case of fire, earthquake, powerfailure, or whatever. they probably have a lot of those storage machines sitting around doing nothing, waiting to be sold while they are waiting put some of them to work. also set up virual studios, there s alot he can do with what the company has.

Thanks, Hal. Couldn't resist.

Something about the Group that inspires me, and it ain't the stock price (yet)!

Many ways to play the upside, of course. Most important thing to do right now is put deals together. As BCST's Wagner says, "Aggregate or die." (Doesn't Vermont use that slogan on license plates?!)
