Hi lws, the press release stated that the specific capacity would be increased as would the cycle life of the battery. These statements, along with enhanced safety factors directly address the performance issue. A 50 or 60% increase is a quantum jump in the ability of the battery to store energy and lengthen run time. This performance enhancement speaks directly to the requirements of the marketplace. To put in perspective, four months ago, Javelyn, reporting from Power 98, remarked that Moltech's li sulfur technology would "blow away li poly". No more, my friend.
