Just called my phone service to replace my cell phone and found out QCOM's digital is using lithium polymer batteries. Who makes them is a mystery to me. Anyone know?

lws, one more remark; the ability to cram more li ions into the crystalline structure of the cathode is a crucial objective for performance enhancement. This is not to say that anode design is not important as well. My sense is that they have to be "balanced". IMHO that this design goal is not only within reach, but almost ready to go into production.
