I know nothing, but I did speak with Jacquie Cofer @ 1-800-723-8565 and suggest to her that she should contact Ken Wilson of TEXN concerning being either a reseller or endorser of the product. TEXN (through it's Griffon division is projecting selling 2,000 pieces per month of a replica of the 1911 colt 45.) This replica is imported from S. Africa and is touted to be in high demand. Jacquie responded that the (TEXN) "could" be the first importer to have a weapon equipped with a lock. My response was that even if they offered it as an option it would be great. I went a bit further and told her that even if a brochure was included with each sale of this weapon (directing the purchaser to LOCK), it might help TEXN to be relieved of some liability and show some responsibility for assuring safety of our children. I called investor relations and they were actually very helpful. Saf T Lock had a contract with a distributor to handle the retail markets, ads and all. The deal went bad, the distributor has not paid them, and has some of their product. That is the bad news. The good news is the contract is: The contract is being voided. Several major distributors have contacted them wanting to sell their product. Some "major announcement" is coming within the next week. Company PH is on biz.yahoo.com Redbird
