Dear Bill:

Many thanks for your remarks about CyberTrader. I have been mulling
over the various ECN's for the past year, trying to figure out which one was best and had pretty much made up my mind to go with CT. Now I
am back to square one.
Watley recently jumped up 41 places on the Gomez ratings to # 6 and I
do not recall ever reading anything negative about them on the threads.
Again, sorry you have had this bad experience but thanks again for
letting the facts be known. You are much more patient than I would be.

Best Regards,

Bob Wassel

Excellent post, Bill.

Although I am very sorry to hear about your troubles with CT, you not only handled the communication with professionalism, but you provided some us who are considering going with CT reason to pause and reconsider while we wait to hear how they deal with your situation.

I almost signed up with "The Executioner" until I read a post from one of their ex-members who had experienced problems similar to those you described with CT - similar, at least, in the broker's lack of prompt response to the problem of reconcilling the now ex-customer's account.

I hope they will act to quickly resolve the difficulties with your account so that when I see you next week in NH at Robin Dayne's seminar I will meet a satisfied CyBer customer instead of an unhappy ex-customer.

Have a safe journey,
Bill

Bill,
I respect you and this should not be construed as a flame ,Please!.
As a professional I question whether this is a forum to adequately resolve the types of problems you are having. I do believe that Sir Francis has reason to be upset and you do too but to me your problem is too personal to judge and is a dispute that seems grounded in the vagaries of a very complicated transactional business.

FWIW I have not encountered any problem of this nature that has not been resolved to my personal satisfaction.

I am not a regular contributor to this thread but am a regular lurker and I know that CYBERCORP has been having some recent "growing pains" that have been disruptive. I am not offering any excuses and you already know that I am a big Cyber fan so I am prejudice. To me this is a great forum and you have been the single most Important factor in that.

FWIW and IMHO the problem your having is harder to objectify then the problem Sir Francis was having.

I am curious Sir Francis what kind of feed you have?

DrRisk good trading

Hello Bill,

Two good posts Bill. In all the time that we have been together I think you know that I do not mind being called to the mat if we make a mistake. I feel that you know that we take our responsibilities and duties to our customers VERY seriously. Our customers are the only reason we are here, and if we do not provide the level of service you expect and deserve - someone else will!

Just so you know, when we received your initial email yesterday afternoon we immediately set to work to find out what happened, and more importantly, WHY.

I will not go into your account specifics here, as you should already have received the email from Operations detailing our corrective actions. I will only say that we have found and remedied each item, and that I hope this meets with your satisfaction.

Since you did post here I thought it necessary to post a response for the general populace to review.

After you review the information please let me know what else I/we can do to help.

Thanks for your contributions to this thread Bill, and for being there for us and with us for so long.

Sincerely,

Mark K. Stryker
CEO
CyBerBroker, Inc.

I totally agree with you Mr. Dwyer.... I had a very similar problem with CyberBroker several months ago....They strung me along for over 6 weeks before I finally said enough is enough and finally closed my account. I even sent an e-mail to Mr. Stryker explaining that I was taking my business elsewhere, but would consider re-opening my account if the necessary corrections were made (along with a slight apology), but much to my dismay I received an e-mail that said that how they chose to conduct their business and handle their accounts was solely at their discretion, and that they did not believe that an apology was in order. I finally corrected their mistake and sent me a check for the difference almost 2 months after I closed my account.

Their customer service is very unreliable....They tell you what you want to hear, but in my experience with them, they never follow up or do what they promise they'll do....Even on simple things like, RETURNING YOUR PHONE CALL....

I hope for their sake they have improved....I do like their software package, but the way they treat their customers was completely unacceptable...
