Shouldn't you wait until the Veltex deal is finalized.

Seems like you would be able to get more $$$$ from a company that has some value. Who is Jon Roylance? Never heard his named mentioned on the thread before.

Also, how could you file suit against Adhat and Evirotech? I did not know their management had any involvement with issues already stated. I just thought this was an HK thing.
