Excellent DD to you both. Thanks. The management of share capital is the most important aspect of integrity, fiduciary responsibility and corporate governance. Small companies have few options. Debt is very expensive if at all available, venture capital owns the company. So often companies use common stock at a discount to raise funds. If the vision is sound, this is a viable option. To often Company directors feel a need to keep this a secret, hence the birth of the SEC. But many companies can still fly under that radar. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for Mr. John to provide disclosure on how our investment is being dilluted. When we find out like this, IMO it shows the company in a very poor light.
