hey guys,
i saw the same thing and called cabec's attorney to get the scoop. these are NOT new shares. they were previously registered to someone else. my guess is that this sharon bailey purchased (?) the restricted shares at a discount and now is willing to sell, although volume as of late does not show that, but maybe 2 weeks ago??
