Wow. Has anyone here used the insider trading service via the internet?

One comment - Panamerican Bancorp states that they purchased Insider Trading with shares of PRWT. Presumably then Panamerican Bancorp owns (or owned) a substantial number of PRWT shares. Does this make Panamerican just another investor in PRWT - can they sell their shares of PRWT and move on just like any other investor?

Well, actually we haven't covered the very real possibility of a Reverse Split. But thanks for reminding me. What do you figure 300:1 reverse? I am leaning more toward a 500:1 reverse possibility myself.
